Bean stew

Meat (pork or beef) - 500 g, Canned beans - 2 cans of 400 ml each, Onions - 300 g (3-4 pcs.), Carrots - 1 pc., Garlic - 3-4 cloves, Vegetable oil - 40 ml (how much will go), Salt - 0.5-1 teaspoon, ground black pepper - 0.5 teaspoons, tomato sauce (optional) - 1 tbsp. spoon, parsley greens - 0.5 bunch (to taste)Prepare products. Boil the water.
Peel the onion and garlic, wash and finely chop
Peel, wash and grate the carrots.
Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Fry the carrots, onions and garlic over a high heat, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
Cut the meat into cubes with a side of 1-1. 5 cm.
Add the meat to the pan to the vegetables and fry over high heat, stirring, until crusted.
Pour some boiling water (about 50ml) into the pan with the meat and vegetables.
Then cover the pan with a lid and simmer over a low heat until tender (40-45 minutes), adding boiling water if the liquid boils heavily.
After 15-20 minutes after adding the meat, salt and pepper to taste.
When the meat is ready, put the canned beans with part of the liquid from the can in the pan. You can add some tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Then turn off the heat, close the pan tightly with the lid and cheat on the bean meat for 1-2 minutes.
The bean stew is done!
Wash the greens, finely chop.
When serving, sprinkle the stew with the beans with the finely chopped greens. Enjoy your meal!
