Tomatoes stuffed with meat

We cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds and part of the flesh, salt and pepper from the inside. Boiled meat and bread soaked in broth are passed through a meat grinder, mixed with finely chopped fried onions, finely chopped parsley and dill greens, spices, salt. We dilute the minced meat with tomato juice and mix thoroughly. Fill the resulting mass with tomatoes, sprinkle grated cheese mixed with breadcrumbs on top and spray with oil. Bake tomatoes in the oven. We serve to the stele with sour cream.
