Apples stuffed with veal
Choose apples of non-boiling variety of the same size. Cut the tops, cut out the seed box. Pass veal 2 times through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onions, fry in vegetable oil along with the minced meat. Salt, add cinnamon and stir. Fill the apples with minced meat, cover with tops, put in a shallow saucepan. Pour hot water for a third, simmer over low heat. Apples should not boil. Season the sauce formed during stewing with yolk, pour apples over them and serve.
medium-sized apple 10-12 pcs., veal - 500 g, onions - 1 pc., oil - 5-6 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste, cinnamon - 0.5 tsp, yolk - 1 pc.
