Veal with tomatoes
Fry veal in olive oil until a ruddy crust forms. Remove the meat, put the onion, cut into rings, and grated garlic in the same pan, fry until softened, add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, cinnamon, fragrance and 1/2 cup water. Put the meat in the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes over a low heat until the veal is ready and the sauce thickens. Sprinkle with fried pine nuts, decorate with twigs of strangles or parsley.
veal (4 pieces) 500 g, olive oil - 6 tsp, onions - 1 pc., garlic - 1 wedge, tomatoes - 200 g, tomato paste - 1 tsp, common dried fragrances 1 tsp, cinnamon - 0.5 tsp, fried pine nut to taste, parsley greens or fragrances to taste, salt to taste, pepper to taste
