Milan chops
Beat the eggs, mix the grated cheese with sugar. Dip the prepared calf chops into an egg, then roll in sugar with cheese and fry on 2 sides in hot fat. Sprinkle the ready-made chops with lemon juice, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs. Serve hot.
