"nest swallows"

"Swallows of the nest" is a recipe for a meat dish in the form of bird nests made from minced meat. Veal "nest swallows" are very tasty, cooked simply and look very spectacular on the table.

veal - 300 g, eggs - 2 pcs., White bread - 50 g, milk - 50 ml, onions - 50 g, parsley greens to taste, ground black pepper to taste, salt to taste, oil - 3 tbsp. spoons, flour - 1 tbsp. spoon, tomatoes - 250 g, parsley greens to taste, black pepper to taste

Pass the veal through a meat grinder, add an egg, white bread soaked in milk, parsley greens, black ground pepper and grated onions. Salt to taste and knead the minced meat thoroughly. Form balls from minced meat with wet hands. In each ball, make a recess into which to put a half of a hard-boiled egg (protein up). Make the sauce. To do this, fry the flour in vegetable oil, dilute it with juice of tomatoes boiled and strained through a sieve, add parsley greens and black peppers with peas. Put the "nest swallows" prepared from minced meat with egg in a frying pan and pour over the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and place in an oven heated to 180-190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
