Eggs "flamenco"
Finely chop the ham and onions, fry on a grind, add sweet ground pepper, tomatoes, cut into 4 parts, and a pinch of sugar. After 15 minutes, pour in the stock, add the green peas, beans, potatoes, diced, finely chopped hot pepper. Bring to a boil, cook for 30 minutes, season with salt and pepper and place on a small baking sheet. Break the eggs at a distance from each other on top, put a speck or sausage between them. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
