pork legs - 2 kg, eggs - 1 pc., Wheat flour - 120 g, onions - 2 pcs., soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons, dill - 10 g, vegetable oil - 2 cups, salt to taste
Spoil the pork legs, clean them from bristles, scrape them off, rinse, lower them into boiling water and cook over high heat for 1 hour. Then remove the pork legs from the water, add the onions, dill, soy sauce and steam for another 2 hours. Cool the pork legs, separate the flesh from the bones and arrange on the kitchen board skin down. Mix the egg with flour, coat the meat with this mixture. Stir vegetable oil in a deep pan, put pork legs in it and fry for 5 minutes until golden yellow crust forms. Serve the pork legs to the table with a mixture of ground hot red pepper and salt.
