Stuffed pork schnitzel

First, we prepare the filling. Let's pass the ham through a meat grinder, add crushed garlic, 2 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs, sour cream, salt, pepper and mix. Cut the pork into 4 slices, beat, rub lightly with salt and pepper. We coat half of each slice with filling and cover the second so that the filling is inside. Roll up the schnitzel in a mixture of flour, breadcrumbs, give the meat an oval shape and fry on both sides in a pan in hot fat for about 5 minutes, then put in the oven for the same time. Pour melted butter, serve to the table with potato croquettes and pickled vegetables.
