Pork braised in mayonnaise
The meat is cut into small pieces, salted, grilled and fried. Grated celery, chopped onions, dill, other spices are added and fried again. Transferred to cast iron, sprinkled with grated cheese, poured with mayonnaise, covered with a lid and stewed in the oven for about an hour. Served to the table with salads to choose from.
pork - 800 g, onions - 300 g, bay leaves - 1 pc., mayonnaise - 400 g, cheese - 150 g, celery - 200 g, pork fat - 2 tbsp. spoons, dill to taste, salt to taste, pepper to taste
