Pork with rice and pineapples in indian style
Cut the meat into pieces and fry, stirring, with the onions, cloves and coriander finely chopped. After 10 minutes of frying, pour in a glass of water and simmer until soft. Cook the crumbly rice. Cut the pineapple into small pieces, stir half with the boiled rice. Put the stew together with the sauce formed during stew in the baking dish, put the rice with pineapples on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cardamom and drizzle with 1-2 tbsp. spoons of water. Mix the remaining half of the pineapple with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and pineapple juice, brown slightly over low heat and put on the rice. Bake under the lid for 10 minutes.
pork - 500 g, onions - 1 pc., cloves - 3 pcs., Coriander - 0.5 tsp, rice - 250 g, pineapple - 6 pieces, cinnamon - 0.25 tsp, cardamom - 0.25 tsp, sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste, butter for frying to taste
