Pork with coriander

cut the prepared pork into bars. beat the egg white, mix with starch diluted in a small amount of water and pour chopped pork with this mixture. finely shred the onions, finely chop or crush the garlic. pour broth, rice wine, vinegar into a separate container, add chopped onions, chopped garlic, salt, sodium glutamate and sugar. Heat enough vegetable oil in a wok or pan and fry pork bars until brown. remove the pork, allow to drain the oil, and then put it back in the heated oil. add coriander to the meat, pour in the cooked liquid seasoning and fry over high heat with stirring for 7 minutes.
