How to make pork with mushrooms? Cut pork into thin strips. Rinse, dry and slice the mushrooms. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and fry onions. When the onions begin to take on a brownish tint, add the meat and mix. Pour in the soy sauce and fry the pork until half cooked for 3 minutes. Remove the pork and put the chopped mushrooms in the liquid remaining from its roasting, add a little vegetable oil if necessary. When the mushrooms are wet and soft, put the meat and bring the pork with the mushrooms under a closed lid until tender (about 2 minutes).
