Steam pork

Finely chop the pork and mix with salt and ground pepper. Beat the eggs and mix thoroughly with the chopped pork. Put the chopped meat in a refractory form, carve the parsley greens and place in a steamer or on a wooden stand above boiling water. Cover and steam the pork for at least 30 minutes. Serve the meat warm on a heated platter.
