Pork, diced, vostrom sauce

Cut the pork into cubes. Wash the paprika pods, remove the core with the seeds and cut into squares. Peel and dice the carrots. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and fry pork in it until brown. Pour in the soy sauce. When some of the soy sauce is absorbed, put the carrots. Close with a lid and keep on fire for 1-2 minutes. Add the paprika and peanuts, mix everything and keep on fire for another 3-4 minutes over a medium heat. Add brown sugar at the end, stir and serve
