Pork with spice cubes

cut pork into 2 cm cubes. Cut cucumbers into cubes, fold into a separate piano, add salt and mix. cut the leeks into small pieces, cut the ginger and garlic into slices. finely chop the chilli pods. put the meat cubes in a large piano, pour half the rice wine, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, starch diluted in a small amount of water (half the initial amount), 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add salt and mix thoroughly so that the meat is evenly soaked in marinade. leave for 30 minutes. separately mix the remaining rice wine and soy sauce, pour in the broth, add the second half of the starch, diluted in a small amount of cold water, sugar, sodium glutamate, crushed leeks, garlic and ginger. heat 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or pan, lay out the pork cubes and fry lightly with constant stirring. add chopped chilli or spicy soy paste and mix. put chopped cucumbers to the meat and stir for 2 minutes, fry. pour in the seasoning mixture, bring to a boil, gently mix and warm over low heat until the starch taste disappears. when preparing this dish, a good result is obtained with chicken meat.
