Cut the pork into thin strips and mix with soy sauce, brown (unrefined) sugar and flour. Let it brew for 30 minutes. In a wok or small deep pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the pork in small portions for 5 minutes. When a crisp crust forms on the surface of the meat, remove and let the oil drain (dry on blotting paper). In a large frying pan, heat 1 a tablespoon of vegetable oil (to cover the bottom) and fry the walnut halves for 2 minutes. Add the roasted pork to the nuts and pour 0. 5 tbsp soy sauce. Keep on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until the pork is ready. The dish pairs perfectly with Peking kale braised in milk
