Pork leg baked on a grill

I have good pork, dry it with a napkin, make a cut along the bone to the end, rub the whole leg with good salt, including in the cut. We cut the peeled garlic cloves into halves, cut carrots into bars and liberally spig their leg from all sides. Then we rub with pepper, ground cilantro seeds, band with thin and durable culinary twine across every 6-7 cm, coat with thick sour cream on top, put pork on a rack installed on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven over a high heat (for 1 hours), and then over a medium heat until tender.
