Pork spaghetti




Boil spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain, place the spaghetti on a large dish and prevent them from cooling down. Melt pork fat and spit onions in it. Cut the pork into thin strips and fry. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and put in a pan too. Salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring. Spaghetti pour over the cooked sauce and serve. Serve the grated cheese separately.
