Dormant buns with ham
Cut the ham into very small cubes. Wash the schnitt onions, dry and cut into rings with scissors. Melt the butter over a low heat. Whisk the eggs with milk and buttermilk. Mix the flour with baking powder and soda, add oil and beaten eggs, knead the dough. Stir ham, schnitt onion and pepper peas into the dough. Lubricate the molds and fill with dough for 2/3 of the volume. Bake over a medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
