Cool the gravy, remove the fat, strain, heat and separately serve to the table. As a side dish, you can serve stewed (fresh or sauerkraut) cabbage, potatoes (boiled, fried or mashed potatoes), beans in tomato, green peas, as well as fresh vegetables.
