Meat with horseradish
Pour 1 liter of hot water with salt, pepper, bay leaf and thyme into the meat. Cook over a low heat, shortly before ready to add finely chopped greens, onions and diced potatoes. Cut the finished meat into strips and season with horseradish. Sprinkle the stock with parsley greens and serve separately.
