Ham pasta, tomato sausages

low-fat ham or peeled sausages, cut sausages into straws and fry lightly, add sautéed onions, boiled and cut into straws dried porcini or fresh mushrooms (or sautéed champignons) and fry all this with fat until cooked. add tomato puree, allow to boil and mix before serving with boiled pasta. sprinkle with greens when serving. serve better in a serving pan (curlew). the dish can be cooked without mushrooms.

pasta - 80 g, ham - 29 g, or sausages - 29 g, onions - 16 g, tomato puree - 15 g, fresh mushrooms - 57 g, or pickled mushrooms - 37 g, or dried mushrooms - 15 g, margarine - 10 g, parsley greens - 3 g
