My mushrooms, soak for 2-3 hours in cold water and, without draining it, cook with onions until tender. We dilute the flour with cold boiled water and pour a thin stream into the mushroom broth, stirring. Fry the ribs or homemade sausage, transfer it to the broth and cook until tender. Machanka is eaten with turf, pancakes.
