Cut the loin and sausage into cubes, fry. Boil the potatoes, cut into slices and fry in butter too. We put all this in a frying pan. Mix the eggs with milk and, salt, beat slightly. Pour the finished mixture into the sko-voroda and, having supplied it with spices, put it in the oven to bake. Serving to the table, sprinkle with green onions. We serve cucumbers separately.
