Prepared pork-loin is cut into pieces 5-6 mm thick and beaten. Lard (speck) is passed through a meat grinder, ground cinnamon, pepper, ground garlic with salt are added and mixed well. Then pieces of loin are lubricated with prepared mass and moulded in the form of sausages, fried under press in a pan. They serve 2 pieces per serving with a complex side dish.
