Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into 1cm-thick circles. Cut each circle in half horizontally, but not bringing the knife to the end so that the plates do not separate from each other. Chop the pork very finely, mix with soy sauce and rice wine or tincture on the zest. Thoroughly knead the minced meat. Put 1 tablespoon of minced meat between two halves of each potato circle. Brew the flour with a little boiling water and coat the stuffed potatoes with this mixture. Heat enough vegetable oil (5-6 tablespoons) in a wok or deep frying pan and fry rounds of potatoes in it until golden yellow.
