Khuplu with potatoes and pork in chuvash style

Huplu is a recipe for Chuvash yeast dough pies. The hooplu filling is made from meat with onions and raw potatoes.

flour - 300 g, sugar - 10 g, yeast - 15 g, eggs - 1-2 pcs., pork - 300 g, potatoes - 400 g, onions - 200 g, pepper to taste, salt to taste

How to make a hoopla: Make yeast dough. Dilute the yeast with a small amount of warm water or milk, add eggs, sugar, salt, combine with sifted flour and knead the dough. Roll out the dough and put raw pork mince on it, potatoes cut into small cubes, chopped onions, seasoned with salt and pepper. To pinch, giving the shape of a crescent moon, leave for a while to proofing. Then grease with egg and bake the hoopla in the oven.
