Crunchy pork legs with dill

wash the pork legs, peel and cook for 1 hour over a medium heat. remove the legs from the water and dry. cut the onions into cubes. put the legs in a steamer, put the chopped onions, dill, cinnamon, pour over the soy sauce and cook for a couple of hours. remove the pork legs from the steamer, cool and separate the flesh from the bones. cut the flesh into food-friendly pieces. make homogeneous dough from egg and flour and coat prepared pieces of meat with it. in a wok or frying pan, heat enough vegetable oil and fry the meat pieces for 7 minutes until golden. remove, allow to drain the oil, season with ground black pepper and serve hot.
