As I tormented recently before the holidays - what a festive pork dish to cook, what recipes of hot pork dishes I have not revised! I offer a beautiful and simple festive hot dish of Italian cuisine, which will not take up a lot of time and energy.

pork loin - 1 kg, sausages - 0.6 kg, potatoes - 1.2 kg, acid apple 1.2 kg, onions - 8 pcs., meat broth - 1.8 l, butter - 6 tbsp. spoons, breadcrumbs how much will go, pepper to taste, salt to taste

Peel and dice the potatoes and apples. Boil the potatoes in the meat broth with the spices, add the apples and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until almost all the broth boils. Cut the loin into pieces, beat, salt, pepper, plan in crumbs and fry. Put the sausages in the pan for the meat before the end of the frying. Put potatoes with apples on plates, pepper, put fried onion rings on top. On the one hand, put the chop, on the other - sausages.
