spaghetti - 500 g, ground beef - 300 g, tomato paste - 200 g, onions - 1 pc., olive oil - 100 g, garlic - 3 wedges, cheese - 40 g, oregano - 1 tsp, marjoram - 1 tsp, basil - 1 tsp, thyme - 1 tsp, salt to taste, black ground pepper to taste
Mash the mince with a fork into a homogeneous mass. Burn the olive oil in a frying pan over low heat, then place the mince in a pan and fry with continuous stirring. Simultaneously bring the water to the boil, salt and lower spaghetti into the water. Once the mince has the colour of cooked meat, add the finely chopped onion, garlic and dry herbs and cook for a further 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add tomato paste, some water, salt and pepper to taste and simmer the meat sauce for spaghetti for another 5 to 7 minutes. Add 1 liter of cold water to a saucepan of welded spaghetti, bring to a boil and tip the spaghetti into a colander. Once the water has run off, place the spaghetti on a plate, pour over the cooked meat sauce and sprinkle the spaghetti with the meat on top with the grated cheese.
