Steamed kebab

Cut lamb or beef (ham, brisket or fillet part) into slices. Cut the ribs into small pieces. Add finely chopped onions, black ground peppers, zira, bay leaves, grape vinegar, mix everything well and fold into a porcelain or enameled cup and leave for a few hours to make the meat stir. Pour some water into a large cauldron or saucepan and lower the dishes with pickled meat into it. Cover the boiler tightly with a lid, put it on fire for 2 hours. The kebab is steamed. Put the ready-made kebab into pials or plates and serve it along with salads.
