Stuffed calf liver

The liver is cut in the middle so that minced meat can be put into it. Heat 10 g of pork or vegetable fat, add small pieces of smoked lard, onions, parsley greens, crumbs, all this is fried and cooled. Then one adds egg, sour cream, pepper, salt.
