Christmas carp




Peel and cut the roots into long slices, peel the onions and cut into circles. Wrap 2-3 garlic wedges, 2 bay leaves, thyme sprig and 10-12 black pepper grains in gauze. Pour all 4 glasses of boiling water and cook for 1 hour. Gut the carp and rinse. You can cut into portion pieces or leave whole. Remove the seasoning wrapped in gauze. Let the water drain from the roots, salt them and drizzle with a tablespoon of vinegar. Put on carp roots, pour 5-6 tablespoons of fat. Simmer for 45 minutes, tightly closed with a lid.
