Paella

A delicious rice dish with a variety of additives is paella. The paella recipe came from Spain but became popular worldwide. This dish is prepared with a variety of products - chicken, seafood, vegetables. The chicken, meat and shrimp paella we suggest making is one of the most common and delicious options.

Put the pepper on the oven rack, preheated to 250 degrees and bake to bubbles on the skin. Cool lightly, peel from skins and seeds and cut into strips. Cut the chicken into 12 parts. Cut the meat into cubes. Rinse the clams thoroughly in running water. Rinse the shrimp. Fry chicken pieces in olive oil over high heat, salt, pepper. Remove the chicken from the pan, put the meat in it, fry, salt, pepper. Then fry the shellfish until they open, undisclosed throw away. Fry the shrimp until red. Peel the garlic and onions, finely chop and simmer in the remaining oil until transparent. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel, cut in half, remove the seeds and stalk, roughly chop the flesh. Exfoliate fresh peas. Add the tomatoes and peas to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the saffron, ground red and black pepper, salt, bay leaf. Add the rice, pour over the boiling stock and cook for 25 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed. Add strips of pepper, salt, pepper. Carefully place the toasted shrimp, clams, meat and chicken on rice, cover the pan with foil and put in the oven, warmed to 180 degrees. In 15 minutes, paella is ready. Paella is served in a frying pan.
