Chicken gnocchi
Boil the potatoes, peel and pass through a meat grinder. Finely chop the chicken meat, combine with potatoes, yolks, salt, cheese and nutmeg, mix well. Sprinkle the cutting board with flour, roll up sticks 1 cm thick, cut into gnocchi. Cook in boiling broth for 5-6 minutes.
