Chicken fries

Chicken or chicken legs are cut off by I-2 cm below the knee joint and the bones are cleaned. Then the legs are wetted in a mixture of starch, eggs, soy sauce and sugar, deep-fried till golden crust is formed, reclined and placed on a plate. Paper papillots are put on the bones.
