American turkey meat
Boil rice in salted water until crumbly. Cast in a colander, let the water drain. Cut meat products and peeled sweet peppers into cubes, and cut mushrooms into slices. Finely chop the onions, peel the hot peppers from the seeds. Fry the meat in vegetable oil, add onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms, fry, salt, pepper, sprinkle with flour, mix. Pour in the broth, milk, sherry, add the ham and hot pepper, simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the hot pepper. Place on boiled rice and garnish with parsley greens.
