Fried chicken giblets

cut the prepared chicken navels into thin slices. also cut the liver and mushrooms. wash and dry the cabbage. mix in separate pials navel and liver slices with wine and starch diluted in water, add salt. finely chop the onions. cut the Beijing cabbage into strips. Heat pork fat in a wok or deep pan, lower the navels and liver into it and fry, making sure that the pieces do not stick together (in some cases, it is better to fry the giblets in small portions). add the chopped mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked. remove and let drain the oil. Finely chop. the pineapple circle is divided into 4 parts. spread meat, mushrooms and pineapple slices with a slide into vases. in a separate container, beat mayonnaise, yogurt, wine and mustard until uniform and pour each portion of the cocktail with this sauce.
