Chicken leg, stuffed

Stuffed chicken leg - it is very tasty and effective when served. Children are very fond of such stuffed chicken legs, and guests can serve this original dish.

chicken legs - 4 pcs., bread - 4 slices, milk - 4 tbsp. spoons, butter - 3 tbsp. spoons, chicken liver - 50 g, or beef liver - 50 g, onions - 1 head, carrots - 1 pc., parsley greens to taste, speck (spig, stud) - 50 g, spices to taste, salt to taste, ground black pepper to taste

Remove the skin from the chicken leg so that it remains attached only to the very end of the leg. Chop off the rest of the leg, separate the flesh from the bones and pass through a meat grinder. Bread soaked in milk, pass twice through a meat grinder with a pate grill and mix with meat. Grind the bulb onions and fry lightly in a pan in oil. Add chicken or beef liver to it, previously scalded with cool boiling water, and fry for another five minutes. Then chill the liver, chop and mix with onions and meat, adding nutmeg, salt and pepper. Fill the chicken leg with minced meat, sew it and grease the chicken leg stuffed with sour cream. Fry the stuffed chicken legs in an oven (15-20 minutes at 180 °).
