Chicken in a jar
The recipe is suitable even for irrepressible cooking! You will only have to put the chicken pieces in a jar, and then the oven will do everything on its own.
chicken - 1 pc., salt to taste, pepper to taste, garlic - 1 wedge, bay leaf - 1 pc.
Wash the chicken and dry with napkins. Cut the bird into small pieces (such as to fit in a glass jar). Salt the pieces of chicken and pepper. Examine the glass jar well - it should be absolutely whole, without cracks and internal bubbles. The can should be completely dry! Put the chicken breasts on the bottom of the can, then the rest of the chicken pieces, shifting them with garlic, cut into wedges. Put the bay leaf on top, cover the jar with a heat-resistant lid (glass or metal). Fill the jar with chicken for no more than 2/3 so that during the cooking process the juice does not spill out over the top. Please note - the chicken in the jar is placed in the cold! oven.
