Chicken braised with prunes

Put the oil and chopped roots in a frying pan, put on a heat and, when the oil boils, put the raw chicken chopped into portions. Fry with the roots, adding a little water so as not to burn the roots. When the chicken is well fried, put it together with the roots in a saucepan, pour over the broth cooked from the chicken giblets, salt, cook for 40 minutes. Fry the flour until golden on a spoon of oil, dilute with chicken broth: pour in vinegar, add sugar, boil, put prunes in the sauce, soaked in boiling water for 3- 4 hours. Pour this sauce over the chicken.
