Chicken with tomatoes

process the chicken, rinse, chop the portions and fry in butter until brown. on the same oil, spray the onions, add flour, red pepper and finely chopped tomatoes peeled from the skin. all this is poured with hot water, put pieces of chicken, add salt and sugar and simmer until soft. put the finished pieces of chicken on the dish along with the stewed onions and tomatoes. sprinkle parsley and dill on top.

chicken - 216 g, butter - 20 g, flour - 6 g, onions - 30 g, tomatoes - 240 g, sugar - 4 g, parsley greens - 3 g, dill - 3 g, red pepper - 0.2 g, salt - 2 g
