Pepper chicken

Rinse the processed chicken, cut into 8-10 parts and grate them with salt. Finely chop or grate the onions and fry in oil until golden. Remove from the heat, add pepper, 1 tbsp. spoon of water and put on the fire. Add pieces of chicken, fry on 2 sides and simmer under the lid, adding water if necessary. Before the end of the simmer, add finely chopped pepper and tomatoes, after 10 minutes, remove the lid and evaporate the excess liquid. Whisk sour cream with 1/2 teaspoon of flour, add to the sauce and boil. Serve with crumbly rice or boiled potatoes. Serve a salad of fresh cucumbers separately.
