Chicken with cucumbers

separate the chicken meat from the bones and cut into small cubes. wash the cucumbers, remove the skins from them and also cut into cubes. finely chop the garlic. heat the vegetable oil in a wok or pan and fry the chopped garlic in it. add cubes of chicken meat to a well-heated frying pan and fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes. add soy sauce or salt, as well as sodium glutamate. put the cucumber cubes and fry under the lid for a few more minutes (in the finished dish, the cucumbers should be a little crispy, so it is important not to overdo it and not overcooze these tender juicy vegetables). dilute the cornstarch in a small amount of water and pour it into the pan, mix quickly and withstand over a small heat until the starch taste disappears.
