Boiled chicken with dogwood gravy

Boil the prepared and washed chicken until cooked. Drain the broth, strain, cut the chicken into a serving. Put the washed raisins and dried dogwood (without seeds) in a saucepan and pour hot strained broth over so much that the berries are covered, then add sugar, cover the saucepan with a lid, cook for 5 - 10 minutes. When serving, lay the cooked chicken in the middle of the dish and pour cornel gravy over the table.
