Gut the chicken, rinse, salt and pepper outside and inside. Pour beer (or water with any flavorful spices to taste) into an 800-gram jar and put chicken on top. Put a can of chicken in a pan so that the released liquid does not stain the oven. Add garlic passed through the press to the mayonnaise and lubricate the chicken from all sides. Put the pan with the can in an oven heated to 220 ° C and bake 1 about an hour. If the chicken on the top of the jar starts to brown too quickly, cover with foil. To check readiness, puncture the thickest place: if juice does not leak from the puncture, the chicken is ready. Remove the foil and, if the top is not browned enough, bake the chicken on a jar for another 5-10 minutes at maximum temperature.
