cut the chicken meat into small cubes (1x1 cm) and boil in boiling water until half cooked. remove the meat and dry it. mix flour, salt and ground red pepper. dip pieces of chicken meat in condensed milk, knit on a fork, and then roll in a mixture of flour, salt and ground pepper. heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the baked chicken cubes in it until golden (1-2 minutes).
