Chicken jellyfish

Chicken - 1 pc. (1.5-2 kg), Carrots - 1 pc., Canned green peas - 1 can, Parsley root - 1-2 pcs., Salt - 1 tbsp. spoon (to taste), Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs. (to taste), Onions (optional) - 1 pc., Black pepper - 10 pcs. (to taste), Gelatin - 1 bag (25 g)Chicken jellyfish recipe products.
How to make chicken jellyfish: My chicken. You can cook whole, or you can cut into 4-6 parts.
Put the chicken in a saucepan, pour cold water (water should only cover the chicken). Bring to a boil.
We clean my roots, cut into 2-4 parts.
Add roots to the chicken.
Cook the chicken with the roots over low heat for about 20 minutes, under the lid. And then, after salting, - until ready (about 50-60 minutes).
At the end of cooking, add spices. We cook for 5-10 minutes, remove from the fire.
Chill the chicken meat, separate it from the bones.
Based on hot chicken broth, we prepare a gelatin pour. To do this, pour a glass of warm broth (70 degrees) into a bowl, add gelatin, stir until completely dissolved.
Add the filling to the warm chicken broth. Mix.
Cut the chicken meat into pieces. Mine and finely chop parsley greens.
Put parsley greens, chopped, carrots, chicken meat, green canned peas in the molds.
Fill the prepared products and let them freeze.
Chicken jellyfish is ready.
