Nutty goose lard is finely chopped, mixed with soaked and squeezed white bread, crushed boiled cold onions and steep egg, parsley greens, sage, basil; the mass is sprinkled with salt, pepper, thoroughly mixed and stuffed with prepared goose carcass. The carcass is sutured, legs and wings are tied and fried in a roasting cupboard at moderate temperature till meat and minced meat are ready.
